摘要
针对网络粉丝冲突及网络暴力事件频发的现象,首先本研究从冲突话语分析角度对现代粉丝社群网络冲突话语产生的原因以及触发、升级、结束和言后效应进行了系统的分析,从而得出以下结论:粉丝冲突触发机制级别低,交际目的不可调和;参与人数众多,升级速度快;影响范围广,持续时间长;言语攻击性强和外界干预性差。其次,基于研究结果,本研究认为媒体如实报道、艺人团队及时干预以及粉丝情绪管理是干预粉丝冲突的三个方面。其中,艺人和团队干预是最有效的手段。最后,研究从网络空间语言政策的视角提出了推广网络空间语言使用规范以及加强语言教育力度这两条建议,为从本质上解决网络社群粉丝语言冲突及网络暴力提供了参考和方向。
In view of the frequent occurrence of online fan conflicts and online violence,firstly,this study systematically analyzes the causes,triggers,escalations,endings and after-speech effects of online conflict discourse in modern fan community from the perspective of conflict discourse analysis,the follow-ing conclusions were drawn:the level of conflict triggering mechanism of fans was low,the communicative purpose was irreconcilable;the number of participants was large,the promotion speed was fast;the influ-ence scope was wide,the duration was long;the verbal aggression was strong and the outside interference was poor.Secondly,based on the results of the study,this study believes that media truthful reporting,timely intervention by artist team and fan emotion management are three aspects of intervention of fan conflict.Among them,entertainer and team intervention is the most effective means.Finally,from the perspective of cyberspace language policy,this paper puts forward two suggestions:promoting norms of cyberspace language use and strengthening language education,it provides a reference and direction for sol-ving the language conflict and network violence of online community fans in essence.
