摘要
城市滨水空间作为城市公共空间的重要组成部分,在城市更新的进程中,需因地制宜、因时制宜制定策略,优化存量空间,赋予更多功能,激发城市活力。以宁波奉化县江景观改造为例,尊重场地现状,结合周边居民需求,营造出功能复合的多层次滨水环线,为居民提供一个安全舒适的水岸空间。设计从当地佛教文化、山水文化、桃文化提取具备奉化特质的符号,营造场所精神,赋予滨水空间独特城市意象。通过线性滨水空间的更新,以线带面改善老城区整体环境品质,提升了居民幸福指数。
Urban waterfront space is an important part of urban public space.In the process of urban renewal,it is necessary to formulate strategies according to local conditions,optimize the existing space,give more functions and stimulate the vitality of the city.Taking the Xian River landscape reconstruction in Fenghua District of Ningbo as an example,this paper respects the current situation of the site and combines the needs of surrounding residents to create a multilevel waterfront ring line with compound functions,so as to provide a safe and comfortable waterfront space for residents.The design extracts the symbols with Fenghua characteristics from the local Buddhist culture,landscape culture and peach culture,creates the spirit of place,and endows the waterfront space with a unique urban image.Through the renewal of linear waterfront space,the overall environmental quality of the old town is improved by line and surface,and the happiness index of residents is improved.
