摘要
临空经济的不断发展及空铁交通枢纽的规划建设,赋予空港城及其港前区新的发展动能。多航站楼+会展驱动的港-产-城融合模式已逐步成为中心城市枢纽机场建设的新趋势,利用机场枢纽打造新的增长极亦成为临空经济发展的主要探索方向。由于机场限高的影响,其城市空间向高度发展具有一定的限制性,因此,大力发展地下空间已成为航空港港前区高效集约建设发展的重要策略。本文通过对国内外临空商务区业态功能、交通组织及地下空间建设等方面进行分析,并以广州空港新城地下空间概念规划为例,在地下空间开发模式、交通组织、设计策略、产业组合等方面进行一系列研究及创新,以期为国际或国内大型航空枢纽港前区及城市大型地下空间建设提供借鉴。
With the continuous development of the airport economy and the construction of the air-rail transportation hub,the airport city and its front area are given new development momentum.The port-industry-town integration model driven by multi-terminals+exhibitions has gradually be-come a new trend in the construction of hub airports in central cities.Making use of airport hubs to create new growth poles has also become the main exploration direction of airport economic development.Due to the influence of airport height limit,the development of its urban space has certain lim-itations in heights.Therefore,it has become an important strategy for the efficient and intensive construction and development of the front area of the airport to demand space underground and vigorously develop underground space.Based on the analysis of the business functions,traffic organization and underground space construction of the airport business district at home and abroad,and taking the conceptual planning of the underground space of Guangzhou Airport New Town as an example,this paper carries out a series of research and innovation in the underground space development mode,traffic organization,design strategy,industrial combination and other aspects,with a view to providing reference for the front area construction of the international or domestic large aviation hub as well as the urban large underground space.
