摘要
柴胡栏子金矿上部矿床采用浅孔留矿采矿法开采过程中存在的大量间柱和顶底柱残矿,具有极高的经济价值,为了进一步提高残矿资源利用率,结合矿山开采技术条件,提出4种残矿资源整体开采技术方案,并基于ABAQUS数值模拟软件,建立对应的数值模拟模型,其尺寸走向方向420 m,竖直方向616 m,高160 m;围岩宽50 m,得到不同方案的矿柱回收率、位移场和地表沉降规律。通过对比分析,最终确定最优回采技术方案为横竖条状均匀支撑矿柱回采方案。研究结果表明:在实际生产中,采用该方案回收非胶结废岩充填体下残矿资源可以在安全开采的情况下实现经济效益的最大化。
A large number of residual ores in the intermediate pillars,crown,and sill pillars left by the shrinkage mining process adopted in the upper deposit of Chaihulanzi Gold Mine are highly economically valuable.To further improve the utilization rate of residual ore resources,this paper based on the existing scheme of the mine proposes 4 overall mining technology schemes for residual ore resources.Based on ABAQUS numerical simulation software,the corresponding numerical simulation model is established.The size striking direction extends 420 m,the vertical direction 616 m,and the height 160 m;the width of the surrounding rock is 50 m.The recovery rate,displacement field,and surface subsidence of different schemes were obtained,and the optimal technical extraction scheme was finally determined to be the horizontal and vertical striped evenly supported ore pillar extraction scheme through comparative analysis.The results show that in actual production,the scheme can maximize the economic benefits under the condition of safe mining while recovering the residual mineral resources under the non-cemented waste rock filling body.
