摘要
近年来,乳腺癌发生率逐年攀升,已成为我国女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。常规切除手术治疗对乳腺组织损伤大,患者术后并发症多且恢复时间长,严重影响患者的生活质量和身心健康。随着对乳房外观要求的提高,更多女性患者希望有优质微创美容的乳腺癌手术。麦默通微创旋切术作为如今运用较多的乳腺微创外科手术方法,因其较好的应用效果得到患者青睐。本文阐述麦默通微创旋切术诊断乳腺肿瘤的特点和优势,概述其适应证与禁忌证,并介绍针对良恶性肿瘤的治疗以及保乳手术相关注意事项。
In recent years,the incidence of breast cancer has been rising year by year,and has become one of the most common malignant tumors among women in China.However,conventional resection surgery has great damage to breast tissue,and patients have many postoperative complications and long recovery time,which seriously affect their quality of life and physical and mental health.With the improvement of requirements on the appearance of breast,more female patients hope to have high-quality minimally invasive cosmetic breast cancer surgery.As one of the most commonly used minimally invasive breast surgery methods,Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy has been favored by patients for its better application effect.In this paper,the characteristics and advantages of Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy in the diagnosis of breast tumors were first described,its indications and contraindications were summarized,and the treatment of benign and malignant tumors as well as matters for attention in breast conserving surgery were introduced.
