摘要
建设科技成果转化技术服务平台是为了促进科技成果转化这一薄弱环节,加速科技成果产业化和经济科技一体化进程。文章以湛江市中热科技成果转移转化中心为例,分析其构建必要性和基础,提出其总体思路、建设做法和运行管理,以期为科技成果转化技术服务平台持续发展提供借鉴。
The purpose of constructing the service platform of scientific and technological achievements transformation is to promote the weak link of scientific and technological achievements transformation and accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and the integration of economic and scientific achievements.Taking Zhanjiang as an example,this paper analyzes the necessity and foundation of the construction of the Center for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China,and puts forward its general ideas,construction practices and operation management,with a view to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements for the sustainable development of technology service platform to provide reference.
