摘要
研究了温度对锂电池参数的影响,并提出了考虑容量损失的荷电状态(SOC)估算方法。首先,基于不同温度下锂电池混合脉冲功率特性试验(HPPC),建立了一种考虑温度影响的改进等效电路模型;然后,通过充放电试验得出了不同温度、不同电流倍率下锂电池的容量系数,进而提出了一种考虑容量损失的SOC计算公式;最后,利用无迹卡尔曼滤波(UKF)算法对锂电池SOC进行在线估算。验证试验结果表明,改进后的SOC估算方法与以往算法相比具有更高的精度。
It investigates the influent of temperature on the parameters of lithium-ion battery,and proposes a novel state-of-charge(SOC)estimation method considering the capacity degradation.First,an improved equivalent circuit model considering the temperature effect was established based on the hybrid pulse power characteristic(HPPC)tests.Next,the capacity factors of the battery at different temperatures and current rates were obtained through the charge-discharge tests,and then an enhanced SOC calculation formula was proposed.Finally,the unscented Kalman filter(UKF)algorithm was used to estimate SOC.Results of the verification tests indicated that our methods has higher accuracy that the usually used methods.
