摘要
为研究车轮硬度变化对铁道重载车轮磨耗的影响,分析降低车轮磨耗的低成本方式,建立了装配转K6转向架的C80货车的车辆-轨道耦合系统动力学模型,并基于CONTACT程序与Archard磨耗模型建立了车轮踏面磨耗的仿真模型。通过建立的仿真模型来预测重载铁路货车车轮硬度对车轮踏面磨耗深度和车轮踏面外形的影响,结果表明适当增加车轮硬度会有效减小车轮磨耗深度,因此适当提高车轮磨耗区域内的车轮硬度可以有效降低车轮踏面磨耗,提高车轮的使用寿命。
In order to study the influence of the wheel hardness to the abrasion of railway heavy-haul wagon wheels and analyze the most economical way of reducing the abrasion of heavy-haul wagon wheel,the dynamic model of vehicle track coupling system of C80 freight car with K6 bogie is established,and the simulation model of wheel tread wear is established based on CONTACT program and Arcard wear model.The simulation model is established to predict the influence of wheel hardness on the wheel tread wear depth and wheel tread shape of heavy-duty railway freight cars.The results showed that properly increase the wheel hardness would effectively reduce the wheel abrasion depth,so properly increase the wheel hardness in the wheel wear area can effectively reduce the wheel tread wear,so that this method can improve the service life of the wheel.
