计入齿形误差的直齿圆柱齿轮传动特性研究

摘要 针对齿轮齿廓修形和齿形磨损产生的齿形偏差,提出了一种改进的解析啮合刚度和准静态传动误差模型,该模型基于转动位移协调原理,考虑了齿轮啮合过程中角接触和结构耦合的影响。通过与有限元法计算结果的比较,验证了所建立模型的正确性。在该模型的基础上,研究了齿形误差和齿形磨损对啮合刚度和准静态传动误差特性的变化规律。结果表明,两种齿形偏差对啮合刚度和准静态传动误差的极限值和分布均有显著影响,且随着齿形磨损程度的增大,齿形磨损对啮合刚度和准静态传动误差的影响更大。 Aiming at the tooth profile deviation caused by gear profile modification and tooth profile wear,an improved analytical meshing stiffness and quasi-static transmission error model is proposed.Based on the principle of rotational displacement coordination,the model considers the effects of angular contact and structural coupling in the process of gear meshing.The correctness of the model is verified by comparing with the calculation results of finite element method.Based on the model,the variation laws of tooth profile modification and tooth profile wear on meshing stiffness and quasi-static transmission error characteristics are studied.The results show that the two tooth profile deviations have a significant impact on the limit value and distribution of meshing stiffness and quasi-static transmission error,and the influence of tooth profile wear on meshing stiffness and quasi-static transmission error is greater with the increase of tooth prefile wear degree.
