摘要
作为一个特殊的“历史-地理”区域概念,南岭民族走廊具有显著的通道内涵,是发展走廊经济的天然区域。构建南岭民族走廊经济带,实现由民族走廊向经济走廊的范式转换,将南岭民族走廊这个民族学概念延伸至区域经济发展研究,既是形势所致,又是问题所逼。民族走廊学说与施坚雅区域划分模型在认识论上的相通性,为将南岭民族走廊经济带的建构奠定了坚实的理论基础。南岭民族走廊经济带具有其它经济区划无可比拟的优势,同时具有深远的战略意义。其作为整体性区域实现从民族走廊到经济走廊的范式转换,对于该区域加快构建新发展格局并实现高质量发展具有深远价值。
The definition of Nanling Ethnic Corridor from the perspective of ethnic economics should adhere to the principle of corridor integrity.On the one hand,it should refer to the definition of Nanling Mountain Area in the field of physical geography,follow the general paradigm of ethnology and cultural anthropology,and fully consider the factors such as history,culture and ethnic group flow in the corridor area.On the other hand,the economic space of Nanling Ethnic Corridor should be fully considered.The inter regional characteristics are conducive to the coordinated development of ethnic groups and regions in the corridor,and the integrity of the administrative region is taken into account.Under the spatial definition of"core area+radiation area",Nanling Ethnic Corridor has a unique strategic location from the domestic and international perspectives.It is not only an important corridor connecting the southwest and Southeast,the Yangtze River and the Pearl River,but also the starting area for the construction of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road".
