摘要
针对原光伏行业多线切割机用弧形导轨轴承实际使用中轴向、径向跳动超差,往复摆动存在卡滞的问题,提出以下改进措施:将磨工工艺中第1外圈和第2外圈相连接平面的平面度和平行度要求由不大于0.010 mm改为不大于0.003 mm;要求第1外圈和内圈装配后的高度差ΔH不大于0.03 mm,且轴承合套后通过塞规调整工序尽量消除ΔH;检测轴承径向游隙和旋转精度合格后,将第1外圈和第2外圈做为整体进行后工序的加工;定制更多的滚子直径规值。改进方案有效提高了装配精度及合套率,且轴承轴向、径向跳动合格,往复摆动灵活。
Aimed at the problems of axial and radial runout being out-of-tolerance and stuck in reciprocating swing of arc guideway bearings for multi-wire cutting machines in photovoltaic industry,the following improvement measures are proposed:the flatness and parallelism of connecting plane between the first outer ring and the second outer ring during grinding process are changed from not more than 0.010 mm to not more than 0.003 mm;the height differenceΔH between the first outer ring and inner ring after assembly is not more than 0.03 mm,andΔH shall be eliminated as far as possible through plug gauge adjustment process after assembly of the bearings;after the radial clearance and rotational accuracy of the bearings are detected to be qualified,the first outer ring and the second outer ring are taken as a whole for subsequent process;customizing more roller diameter gauge values.The improved scheme effectively improves the assembly accuracy and assembly rate,the axial and radial runout of the bearings are qualified,and the reciprocating swing is flexible.
