摘要
文章以创业大赛参赛团队为研究对象,采用模糊集质性分析方法(fsQCA)研究创业团队异质性特征与新创企业财务绩效之间的多重并发因果关系。结果显示,创业团队异质性特征影响新创企业财务绩效的路径并不唯一,共得到五种构型,研究结果丰富了新创企业财务绩效的影响因素,对新创企业团队构建具有积极借鉴意义。
With the subject of participants of entrepreneurship competition,this paper adopts fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to study the multiple concurrent causal relationships between heterogeneity of entrepreneurial teams and financial performance of new ventures.The results show that the influence path of heterogeneity entrepreneurial team on the financial performance of new ventures is not unique,and a total of five configurations are obtained.The results enrich the influencing factors of the financial performance of new ventures,providing a positive reference for the construction of new ventures.
