摘要
肿瘤因其发病率不断上升与死亡率居高不下已经成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一。长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)参与细胞周期调控、表观遗传调控、计量补偿效应等众多生物学过程,并与包括消化系统肿瘤、呼吸系统肿瘤、生殖系统肿瘤等在内的诸多恶性肿瘤发生、发展密切相关。linc00461是新近发现的一种lncRNA,其在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达并发挥重要作用。因此,该文着重介绍linc00461在肿瘤进展与耐药性中的作用机制,为肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供新的思路。
Tumor has become one of the main diseases threatening human health because of its rising morbidity and high mortality.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)participates in many biological processes such as cell cycle regulation,epigenetic regulation and metrological compensation,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of many malignant tumors,including digestive system tumors,respiratory system tumors,reproductive system tumors and so on.The linc00461 is a newly discovered lncRNA,which is abnormally expressed and plays an important role in many kinds of malignant tumors.Therefore,this article focused on the mechanism of linc00461 in tumor progression and drug resistance,so as to provide new ideas for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
