摘要
计量管理是企业质量管理的重要环节之一,是产品质量保证的基础,但计量工作长期面对着“工作性质杂、器具数量多”等难题。随着数字化、智能化技术的飞速发展,智慧计量实验室建设已成为企业计量实验室发展的新方向。本文围绕企业计量器具全生命周期管理、计量检定工作智能化、计量实验室全要素管控等业务场景,分析相关现状与构建智慧计量数字化实验室的整体构架与关键技术,并展望智慧计量实验室在多个业务场景的预期目标及实际应用效果。
Measurement management is one of the important aspects of enterprise quality management,is the basis of product quality assurance,but the measurement work has long faced the"nature of the work,the number of instruments"and other challenges.With the rapid development of digital and intelligent technology,the construction of intelligent metrology laboratory has become a new direction for the development of enterprise metrology laboratory.In this paper,we analyze the current situation,the overall framework and key technologies for building a smart metrology digital laboratory,and look forward to the expected goals and practical application of the smart metrology laboratory in a number of business scenarios around the whole life cycle management of measuring instruments,intelligent metrology laboratory control,and other business scenarios.
