摘要
目前国内聚烯烃装置的产品卸料系统PDS(Products Discharge System),又称反应器粉料下料系统的高频耐磨球阀,即PDS阀,基本都是欧美日的进口产品。其价格昂贵,不适合大规模整台报备。一旦无备件,当阀门出现故障时,由于进口产品的货期较长,并且受全球疫情或中外贸易摩擦的不确定性影响较大,无法保证聚烯烃装置的安全长期平稳运行。本文总结了几个项目的现场实际应用,并调研了聚烯烃装置已投用的国产PDS阀的使用情况,简要介绍国产PDS阀的设计和结构,旨在通过相关论述和探讨,为聚烯烃装置PDS阀的国产化工业应用提供参考。
At present,the product discharge system PDS(Product Discharge System)of the domestic polyolefin unit,also known as the high-frequency wear-resistant ball valve and PDS valve of the reactor powder discharge system,are basically imported products from Europe,America and Japan,which are expensive,and are not suitable for large-scale whole equipment reporting.Once there are no spare parts,when the valve fails,the delivery period of the imported products will be longer,Moreover,due to the global epidemic or the uncertainty of Sino-foreign trade frictions,it is impossible to ensure the safe and long-term stable operation of polyolefin units.This paper summarizes the field application of several projects,investigates the use of domestic PDS valves that have been put into use in polyolefin plants,and briefly introduces the design and structure of domestic PDS valves.Through the relevant discussion and discussion,it provides references for the domestic industrial application of PDS valve in polyolefin plant.
