摘要
目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者家属参与延续护理的干预效果。方法选取我院2020年8月-2021年12月收治的120位COPD患者进行随机分组,对照组60例予以常规延续护理,实验组60例患者家属参与延续护理。对比两组患者干预前后的肺功能、自我管理能力、生活质量。结果干预后实验组第1s用力呼气量(FEV1)、肺活量(VC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)高于对照组(p<0.05);干预后实验组成年人健康自我管理能力测评表(AHSMSRS)评分高于对照组(p<0.05);实验组生活质量良好率高于对照组,生活质量尚可率低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论家属参与延续护理干预能改善COPD患者肺功能,增强其自我管理能力,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of extended nursing with family participation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 120 patients with COPD(from August 2020 to December 2021)were randomly grouped in our hospital.60 patients in the control group were given routine extended care,and 60 patients in the experimental group were given family participation extended care.Lung function,self-management ability,and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,forced expiratory volume(FEV1),vital capacity(VC),and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).After the intervention,the score of AHSMSRS in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).The rate of good quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of acceptable quality of life was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing with Family participation can improve the pulmonary function of patients with COPD,enhance their self-management ability and improve their quality of life.
