摘要
目的结合北京某三甲医院建筑用能特点及节能管理工作存在的不足,分析影响医院建筑能耗的因素,提出改进对策。方法按照识别、测量、分析的步骤对2016-2021年医院建筑能耗数据和可能影响建筑能耗的因素做相关性分析。结果医院建筑用天然气量与气候条件、冷热源形式有关,医院建筑用电量与气候条件、冷热源形式及住院患者人数有关。结论气候条件、冷热源形式、住院患者人数是影响医院建筑能耗的因素,可通过加装气候补偿装置,调整冷、热源工况,强化系统集控等技术手段来降低相关因素的影响。同时,应加强宣传力度,通过设立激励机制提升人员的节能意识,完善设备运行相关管理制度,帮助医院合理使用能源,减少能源浪费现象。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hospital building energy consumption,and to propose improvement measures based on the characteristics of energy consumption of a tertiary hospital in Beijing and the shortcomings of energy conservation management.Methods According to the steps of identification,measurement and analysis,the data of hospital building energy consumption from 2016 to 2021 and the factors that may affect building energy consumption were analyzed.Results The amount of natural gas used in hospital buildings was related to climate conditions and the forms of cold and heat sources.The amount of electricity used in hospital buildings was related to the climate conditions,the forms of cold and heat sources and the number of inpatients.Conclusion Climate conditions,cold and heat source types,and the number of inpatients are the factors that affect the energy consumption of hospital buildings.Technical measures such as installing climate compensation devices,adjusting the working conditions of cold and heat sources,and strengthening the centralized control of the system can reduce the influence of related factors.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity,establish an incentive mechanism to raise the awareness of energy saving of personnel,and improve the management system related to equipment operation,so as to help hospitals rationally use energy and reduce energy waste.
