摘要
运动压缩衣通过对人体特定部位施加压力,加快血液循环,加速血氧供应,固定肌体以减少肌肉抖动能耗和风阻。无缝针织技术无须分割就可以针对特定部位自由设计相应功能的组织结构,结合运动人体工学使服装具备与运动人体需求相适应的功能。文章首先梳理运动压缩衣的特性,总结人体在常规运动下对功能性服装的需求;然后进行压缩衣的功能性分区设计,并匹配相适应的功能性组织,完成无缝压缩衣的样板制作。该研究可为无缝针织技术更好地应用于运动压缩衣提供理论支持和实践案例。
The main effects of compressed garment are to speed up blood circulation and provide more oxygen to the muscles by exerting pressure on specific parts of the body,and reduce wind resistance and energy consumption by fixing the muscles.Seamless knitting technology can lend specific functions to specific parts without cut and sew,and make the sports compressed garment have the function to adapt to the needs of sports human body through combining with sports ergonomics.Firstly,this paper combed out the characteristics of sports compression clothes,and summarized the human body's demand for functional clothing under normal movement.Then it carried out the functional innovation design of compression garment.And according to the functional zoning design of different positions of compression garment,it matches the corresponding functional pattern to complete the structure sample of seamless compression garment.This study provides theoretical support and practical cases for the better application of seamless knitting technology in sports compression garment.
