摘要
目的分析“新十条”实施前后急诊及发热门诊患者变化,并提出后疫情时代急诊和发热门诊建设建议。方法统计比较“新十条”实施前后各20天急诊及发热门诊的每日就诊患者人数、严重程度分级、年龄、疾病种类及专科接诊情况。结果“新十条”实施后日均就诊人数显著增加(P<0.001),就诊患者年龄(P=0.008)及重症患者较前增多(P<0.001);因肺部感染和呼吸道症状就诊的患者明显增加(P<0.001)。结论新冠疫情冲击下,急诊接诊压力显著增加,急诊和发热门诊应该加强一体化建设以应对突发公共卫生事件。
Objective To analyze the changes of emergency and fever clinic patients before and after the implementation of"New Ten Measures"and provide suggestions on the construction of emergency department and fever clinic in the post-epidemic era.Methods The daily number of emergency and fever clinic patients,severity grade,age,disease type were statistically compared 20 days before and after the implementation of"New Ten Measures".Results After the implementation of"New Ten Measures",the average daily number of patients increased significantly(P<0.001).The age of patients(P=0.008)and the number of severe patients increased(P<0.001).There was a significant increase in visits for lung infections and respiratory symptoms(P<0.001).Conclusions Under the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic,the pressure of emergency treatment increased significantly,and the integrated construction of emergency departments and fever clinic should be strengthened to cope with public health emergencies.
