摘要
自2019年来,全球范围内爆发的新型冠状病毒(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情(以下简称“新冠疫情”)给各国的医疗体系带来了前所未有的考验。在这场疫情中,急诊急救体系发挥了重要作用,它不仅为患者提供了及时有效的治疗,也承担着随时应对突发公共事件的重要责任。急诊医学作为一门新兴的独立学科,不仅是急危重症的首要救治阵地,也是传染病识别、防控的前沿。急诊科作为医院的前沿阵地,在抗击新冠疫情的这三年中,不负使命,用专业技术和担当,铸就起了一道抗击疫情的坚固长城,为疫情防控交出了满意答卷。本文将从启迪和思考两个方面对后疫情时代急诊急救体系的建设与完善进行阐述和分析。
Since 2019,the global outbreak of the novel coronavirus(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)epidemic has brought unprecedented challenges to the medical systems of various countries.In this epidemic,emergency medical systems have played an important role,providing timely and effective treatment for patients and also undertaking important responsibilities for responding to emergencies.Emergency medicine,as a new and independent discipline,is not only the primary treatment site for critically ill patients but also at the frontline of infectious disease identification and prevention.As the frontline of hospitals,emergency departments have lived up to their mission in fighting against COVID-19 over the past three years,using professional skills and dedication to build a strong Great Wall against the epidemic and handing in a“satisfactory answer”for epidemic prevention and control.Therefore,this article will elaborate and analyze the construction and improvement of emergency medical systems in the post-epidemic era from two aspects:inspiration and reflection.
