0.15 MPa高压氧干预对某省海军青少年航空学校学生睡眠的影响

Effects of 0.15 MPa hyperbaric oxygen intervention on the sleep of students in Naval Junior Aviation School of a certain province

摘要 目的探讨0.15 MPa高压氧干预对海军青少年航空学校学生睡眠质量的影响。方法选取42名海军青少年航空学校学生,给予其0.15 MPa/60 min的高压氧干预,每周1次,共计7次。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及睡眠手环进行干预前后检测。结果与基线水平相比,0.15 MPa高压氧干预可显著降低海军青少年航空学校学生的PSQI总分及各因子得分(P<0.05或P<0.01);单次0.15 MPa高压氧干预可显著提高睡眠得分,缩短入睡潜伏期,增加总睡眠及深睡眠时间,减少浅睡眠及做梦时间(P<0.05)。结论每周1次0.15 MPa/60 min高压氧干预可显著提高海军青少年航空学校学生的睡眠质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of 0.15 MPa hyperbaric oxygen intervention on the sleep quality of students from Naval Junior Aviation School(NJAS).Methods A total of 42 students in a NJAS were randomly selected as research subjects and exposed to 0.15 MPa/60 min hyperbaric oxygen once a week for seven weeks.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and sleep bracelets were used to measure their sleep quality before and after intervention.Results Compared with those at baseline,the total score and factor scores of PSQI were significantly decreased after the intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01).A single 0.15 MPa hyperbaric oxygen intervention could significantly increase the sleep score,shorten the sleep latency,and prolong the total sleep time and deep sleep time,and reduce shallow sleep time and dreaming time(P<0.05).Conclusion The 0.15 MPa/60 min hyperbaric oxygen therapy once a week can effectively improve the sleep quality of NJAS students.
