摘要
论文利用2018年在中国东部、中部、西北部和西南部4个县(县级市)收集的400余农户数据,使用内生转换模型分析了数字金融使用对农户消费的影响,并从缓解流动性约束和缓解信息获取受限两个方面讨论了数字金融使用影响农户消费的作用机制。研究发现,数字金融使用会促使农户优化消费结构,调整消费倾向;同时,数字金融使用对农户家庭消费支出的影响主要通过缓解信息获取受限起作用,对消费结构的影响主要通过缓解流动性约束起作用,而对消费倾向的影响则是通过缓解流动性约束和信息获取受限两种机制的共同作用。此外,数字金融使用对不同年龄段农户消费的影响存在差异。数字金融使用对青年农户的家庭消费支出、消费结构和消费倾向都有显著影响,而对中老年农户的影响有限,仅对家庭消费支出和发展性消费占比有显著影响。
Using data from more than 400 farmers collected in four counties in eastern,central,northwestern and southwestern in China in 2018,this paper analysed the impact of digitalfinance using on farmers’consumption with the endogenous transformation model,and discussed the mechanism of that action in terms of alleviating liquidity constraints and alleviating restricted access to information.The study found that digitalfinance using led farmers to optimise their consumption structure and adjust their propensity to consume;at the same time,the impact of digitalfinance using on farmers'consumption expenditure was mainly through the alleviation of restricted access to information,the impact on consumption structure was mainly through the alleviation of liquidity constraints,while the impact on propensity to consume was through the combined effect of both mechanisms of alleviating liquidity constraints and restricted access to information.In addition,there were differences in the impact of digitalfinance using on the farmers’consumption by age groups.Digitalfinance using had a significant impact on farmers’consumption expenditure,consumption structure and propensity to consume among young-headed farmers,while it had a limited impact on middle-aged and older-headed farmers,with only a significant impact on the share of consumption expenditure and developmental consumption.
