摘要
气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)近年来以其应用范围广泛、安全稳定、对环境友好、易于维护等显著优势而在国内外高电压行业中得到广泛应用。随着中国特高压工程的快速发展,其现场试验技术及相关标准规范的不完善性问题也逐渐显现。文中对特高压GIL现场交接试验的国内外相关标准进行了分析对比,指出中国电力行业标准、国际电工委员会(IEC)与美国电气电子工程师学会(IEEE)制定出台的3部规范在内容编排与具体试验规范要求中的异同,并对现今规范和标准中需要进一步完善之处给出了具体建议。
In recent years,gas-insulated metal-enclosed transmission lines(GIL)have been widely used in highvoltage industries at home and abroad due to their significant advantages such as wide application range,safety and stability,environmental friendliness,and easy maintenance.With the rapid development of UHV projects in China,the imperfection of its field test technology and related standards and specifications has gradually emerged.This paper analyzes and compares the relevant domestic and foreign standards for GIL field handover test,and analyses that the content arrangement and specific test specifications of the three standards formulated by China power industry standards,the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE)The similarities and differences in the requirements are given,and specific suggestions are given for the areas that need to be further improved in the current norms and standards.
