摘要
本文运用逻辑分析法和文献资料法,阐述了高职铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要性及必要性。通过对国家“双高计划”建设单位、全国乡村振兴人才培养优质校苏州农业职业技术学院相关教育现状的实地调查,搜集到各民族学生相处比较融洽,学生对党和国家的民族政策比较熟悉,学校宣传工作成效显著等,且发现教师队伍建设亟待加强,实践教育开展不够深入,协同育人机制有待健全等问题,分析并提出建立健全体制机制、加强思想政治教育、促进学生交往交流交融等发展解决对策。
This paper expounds the importance and necessity of strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community in higher vocational education by means of logical analysis and documentation.Through the field survey of the relevant education status of the national"Double High Plan"construction unit and the national high-quality school of rural revitalization talent training,Suzhou Agricultural Vocational and Technical College,we collected that students from all ethnic groups get along well with each other,students are familiar with the national policies of the Party and the country,and the school publicity work has achieved remarkable results.We also found that the construction of the teaching staff needs to be strengthened,practical education is not deep enough,and the collaborative education mechanism needs to be improved,This paper analyzes and puts forward some countermeasures for development,such as establishing and improving the system and mechanism,strengthening the ideological and political education,and promoting students'communication and integration.
