摘要 平疫结合综合医院能够解决疫情突发医疗场所不足的难题,医院平面布局设计上需要综合考虑两种运行条件下最高效的转换方案与最优资源配置方案。为实现最优方案的自动参数化设计,本文以平疫结合综合医院住院楼平面布局设计作为研究对象,梳理规范中对于设计参数的设置要求及约束条件,在Rhino平台使用Grasshoppe插件首先将设计信息数据化,并建立设计参数及参数之间的约束关系,然后通过遗传算法实现空间布局方案的自动生成与择优。最后,本文以某平疫结合综合医院住院楼为例进行了实证分析,并从3 h内获得的2602个衍生优化方案中通过排序选取了最优设计方案。本研究表明参数化设计可以提高平疫结合医院的设计效率,缩短设计周期,并生成更多的设计方案供设计师选择。 The general hospital combined with peacetime and epidemic period can offset insufficient medical facilities for epidemic outbreaks.The hospital layout design requires comprehensive consideration of the most efficient conversion scheme and optimal resource allocation scheme under two operating conditions.This paper focuses on the plane layout design of a general hospital inpatient building combined with epidemic as the research object of parametric design.Firstly,the requirements and constraints for setting the design parameters in the specification are sorted out.Then,the design parameters and the constraint relationship are established through the Rhino platform with the Grasshopper plug-in.A genetic algorithm generates the automatic generation and selection of spatial layout solution.Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted to verify the feasibility of this study,and the best design solution is selected by ranking from 2602 derived optimized solutions obtained in three hours.The result shows that parametric design can improve the design efficiency of the hospital by generating reasonable alternatives in less time.
