摘要
目的 观察股骨骨折患者术后延续性护理需求现状,并分析相关危险因素。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年4月医院收治的79例股骨骨折患者为研究对象,均接受手术治疗,术后参照相关研究,自行设计本院延续性护理需求问卷,以评估患者延续护理需求现状,询问患者的相关信息,记录本研究所需的资料,比较不同资料特征患者的延续护理需求评分,经线性回归分析其危险因素。结果 经评估79例患者术后延续性护理需求评分平均为(45.57±5.19)分;不同文化水平、负性情绪、婚姻状况、疾病感知资料的患者延续护理需求评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同资料特征患者评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经线性回归分析结果显示,文化水平为小学及以下、有负性情绪、婚姻状况为无配偶、疾病感知较差均为骨折患者延续护理需求的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 股骨骨折患者术后延续性护理需求较高,可能受文化水平低、无配偶、负性情绪、疾病感知差等因素影响。
Objective The current situation of continuous care needs of patients with femur fracture after surgery,and its related risk factors were observed.Methods Select 79 patients with femoral fracture admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 as the research object,all of whom received surgical treatment.After the operation,refer to the relevant research,self-designed the hospital's continuous care needs questionnaire to evaluate the status quo of the patients'continuous care needs,ask the patients'relevant information,record the data required for this study,compare the continuous care needs scores of patients with different data characteristics,and analyze their risk factors through linear regression.Results After evaluation,the average score of 79 patients'continuous nursing needs was(45.57±5.19);The scores of patients with different education levels,negative emotions,marital status,and disease perception data on continuing nursing needs were significantly different(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of patients with other data characteristics(P>0.05);Linear regression analysis showed that education level of primary school and below,negative emotion,marital status of no spouse and poor disease perception were risk factors for continuous nursing needs of fracture patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with femoral fracture have a high demand for continuous nursing after operation,which may be affected by low education level,marital status,negative emotions,poor disease perception and other factors.
