摘要
目的 探究社会支持在老年2型糖尿病患者社会网络与自我管理间的中介作用。方法 2019年4-9月便利抽取北京市307例老年2型糖尿病患者,采用一般资料调查问卷、糖尿病自我管理活动问卷、社会支持量表、Lubben社会网络量表简化版进行调查,并分析三者之间的相关性及中介效应。结果 300例老年2型糖尿病患者为有效调查对象,社会网络、社会支持及自我管理得分分别为(16.75±7.02)、(40.50±7.45)、(4.64±0.99)分;社会网络与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.706,P<0.01),社会支持与自我管理呈正相关(r=0.317,P<0.01),社会支持在社会网络与自我管理之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.032。结论 老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理处于中等偏低水平,社会支持在社会网络与自我管理的关系中起部分中介作用,提示医务人员需关注老年2型糖尿病患者社会网络提供的社会支持作用,以提升患者的自我管理水平。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between social network and self⁃management among elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From April to September 2019,307 elderly patients with T2DM in Beijing were selected by convenience sampling.They were investigated by using the General Health Questionnaire,Summary of Diabetes Self⁃Care Activities,Social Support Scale and Lubben Social Network Scale.Then,the correlation and mediating effect among the three factors were analyzed.Results A total of 300 elderly patients with T2DM were effectively investigated,and the scores of the social network,social support and self⁃management were(16.75±7.02),(40.50±7.45)and(4.64±0.99)points,respectively.The social network was positively correlated with social support(r=0.706,P<0.01),and social support was positively correlated with self⁃management(r=0.317,P<0.01).Social support had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between social network and self⁃management,with a mediating effect size of 0.032.Conclusion Self⁃management of elderly patients with T2DM is at a low level,and social support had a partial intermediary effect on the relationship between social network and self⁃management,suggesting that healthcare providers should pay attention to the social support provided by social network to elderly patients with T2DM,so as to improve their self⁃management level.
