摘要
自动拆包线对中机构主要用于自动化无人工厂,是一种专门应用于拆包后原材料对中定位的设备。设备用于冲压钢板料的对中,顶升中转,以便给后续自动化设备供料。整机由对中机构、对中机升降机构、顶升机构和输送平台组成。通过UG软件对自动拆包线对中机构进行结构设计,并应用CATIA软件对关键零件进行有限元结构分析,实现承载3000 kg自动拆包对中机构的输送平台框架、对中机升降机构、顶升机构关键受力部分的强度分析。
Automatic unpacking line alignment mechanism is mainly used in automated unmanned factories,which is specially used for raw material alignment after unpacking.The equipment is used for the alignment of stamping steel plate material,jacking transfer,in order to feed subsequent automation equipment.The machine is composed of centering mechanism,centering lifting mechanism,jacking mechanism and conveying platform.In this paper,the structure design of automatic unpacking line centering mechanism is carried out by UG software and the finite element analysis of key parts is carried out by CATIA software.The strength analysis of the transmission platform framework,lifting mechanism and jacking mechanism of 3000kg automatic unpacking centering mechanism is realized.
