摘要
女性人才开发不仅是社会文明进步的内在要求,也是实现中国梦的重要路径。职业生涯规划课程在引导个体进行职业探索、端正职业价值观方面有重要作用,因此在女大学生职业生涯规划课程中融入思政元素,可以更好地全面实现立德树人、以人为本的育人宗旨。基于女性发展中面临的独特议题,需要有针对性地进行职业生涯规划课程思政设计,主要包括:课程内容设计、教学方法设计和学习路径设计,通过润物细无声的方式实现以社会主义核心价值观引导学生形成科学的职业观。
The development of female talents is not only the internal requirement of the progress of social civilization,but also an important way to realize the Chinese dream.The course of career planning plays an essential role in guiding individuals to conduct career exploration and correct career values.Hence,integrating ideological and political elements into the course of career planning for female college students can better fully realize the educational purpose of establishing morality and cultivating people and putting people first.Based on the unique issues faced by women's development,it is necessary to carry out targeted ideological and political design of career planning courses,mainly including:curriculum content design,teaching method design and learning path design,to guide students to form a scientific career outlook through the socialist core values in a quiet way.
