摘要
根据装配式建筑施工安全风险评估具有复杂性和模糊性的特点,引入属性识别模型,建立了组合赋权—属性识别的综合评价模型。首先,基于装配式建筑施工的特点,从“人、机、料、法、环”等5个方面,选取了24个因素构建了装配式建筑施工安全风险综合评价指标体系,并对指标进行了等级划分;其次,采用层次分析法,根据指标分级情况构建单指标属性测度函数,并计算综合属性测度,基于属性识别准则判断风险等级。结果表明:该模型评估结果合理,与实际情况相符,验证了属性识别模型在装配式建筑安全风险评估方面的适应性,为评估工作提供了思路和理论遵循。
According to the characteristics of complexity and ambiguity in the safety risk assessment of prefabricated building construction,this paper introduced an attribute identification model and estab-lished a comprehensive evaluation model of combined weighting and attribute identification.First of all,based on the characteristics of prefabricated building construction,24 factors were selected from five aspects including“human,machine,material,method and environment”to construct a compre-hensive evaluation index system for the safety risk of prefabricated building construction,and the indi-cators were evaluated.Second,We adopt AHP to construct a single-index attribute measurement func-tion according to the index classification,and calculate the comprehensive attribute measurement,and judge the risk level based on the attribute identification criteria.The results show that the evaluation results of the model are reasonable and consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the adapt-ability of the attribute identification model in the safety risk evaluation of prefabricated buildings,and provides ideas and theoretical follow-up for the evaluation work.
