摘要
惯性摩擦焊是一种具有环保、节能、省材、高效的新型焊接技术,具有工艺简单、质量好,劳动条件好,生产率高,耗电量少,易实现机械化和自动化等优点。以电解铝阳极钢爪(Q235)∅170 mm圆钢和120×160×1220 mm方钢为研究对象,结合惯性摩擦焊的优点,根据摩擦焊原理和惯性摩擦焊方案,确定以阳极钢爪为基础的超大直径、超大截面的惯性摩擦焊工业应用工艺参数、工装夹具,通过惯性摩擦焊工艺应用,实现了超大直径、超大截面摩擦焊接,实现了阳极钢爪的生产工艺迭代升级,使阳极钢爪满足“强度高,寿命长,成本低,力学性能、导电性、抗氧化性和耐腐蚀性好”等使用要求。
The inertial friction welding is a new welding technology with environmental protection,energy saving,material saving and high efficiency.It has the advantages of simple process,good quality,good working conditions,high productivity,low power consumption,easy mechanization and automation.In this paper,based on the electrolytic aluminum anode steel claw(Q235)∅170 mm round steel and 120×160×1220 mm square steel,combined with the advantages of inertial friction welding,the welding process plan of inertial friction welding with super large diameter and super large section is studied.According to the friction welding principle and inertial friction welding plan,the industrial application process parameters,tooling and fixtures of inertial friction welding with super large diameter and super large section based on the anode steel claw are determined.Through the application of inertial friction welding process,the friction welding with super large diameter and super large section is realized,and iterative upgrading of the production process of the anode steel claw is realized,so that the anode steel claw can meet the use requirements of“high strength,long service life,low cost,good mechanical property,conductivity,oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance”.
