制动片的有限元磨损分析

摘要 制动片摩擦材料的磨损性能对保障汽车的制动可靠性具有决定性的影响。主机厂对新设计开发的制动片有严格的磨损要求,常规采用台架试验的方法来验证是否满足主机厂家的要求,但该方法存在试验周期长、设计开发成本高等缺点。将试验条件输入专业的有限元分析软件得到制动片的磨损详细数据,与台架试验结果相比较,结果表明:有限元分析结果与台架测试数据基本一致,所用时间可节约95%以上。因此,制动片的有限元分析对企业节约设计验证时间、节约成本支出等方面具有重要的理论意义和参考价值。 The wear performance of brake pad friction material has a decisive influence on ensuring the braking reliability of automobiles.The original equipment manufacturer has strict wear requirements for the newly designed brake pads,and the bench test method is routinely used to verify whether it meets the requirements of the original equipment manufacturer,which has the disadvantages of long test cycle and high design and development cost.In this paper,the test conditions are input into the professional finite element analysis software to get the detailed data of brake disc wear,and the results are compared with those of bench tests.The results show that the finite element analysis results are basically consistent with the bench test data,and the time used is saved by more than 95%.Therefore,the finite element analysis of wear of brake pads has important theoretical significance and practical value for saving design time and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
