摘要
自动人行道的桁架系统结构强度和刚度需满足行业标准,才能保证其安全、稳定、长期运行。以某项目所用自动人行道为例,结合工地实际土建布置情况,对其桁架结构进行改造,并对经改造的桁架结构的挠度和强度进行有限元分析,以提升自动人行道的安装效能,确保其运行的稳定性。桁架改造后的有限元分析结果表明,自动人行道的桁架系统经改造后,满足自动人行道安全规范标准GB16899-2011规定的挠度要求以及钢结构标准EN1993-1-1规定的强度要求,改造方案达到预期效果。
The structural strength and stiffness of the truss system of the moving walk needs to meet the industry standards to guarantee its safe,stable and long-term operation.In this paper,combining with the actual civil layout of the construction site,the truss structure of moving walk used in a project is retrofitted,and the deflection and strength of the retrofitted truss structure are analyzed by finite element analysis software in order to improve the installation efficiency of the automatic walkway and to ensure its stable operation.The analysis results show that the truss system of the retrofitted moving walk meets the deflection requirements of the moving walk standard GB16899-2011 and the strength requirements of the steel structure standard EN1993-1-1;and the transformation scheme achieves the expected effect.
