摘要
[目的]了解社区老年慢性病患者价值共创行为的现状和程度,分析其影响因素,为基层医疗卫生机构促进老年慢性病患者的健康管理提供参考。[方法]采用整群抽样法,选取武汉市7家社区卫生服务中心接诊的330例老年慢性病患者,通过患者价值共创行为量表评估老年慢性病患者的价值共创行为,利用多重线性回归分析其影响因素。[结果]社区老年慢性病患者价值共创行为总分为(33.45±8.43)分,其中社区外的价值共创行为得分最高;是否通过互联网获取健康信息、就诊目的、随访形式和疾病控制评估是老年慢性病患者价值共创行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]社区老年慢性病患者参与价值共创行为的程度较低,通过鼓励患者利用互联网健康信息、定期复诊、接受线上随访以及提高患者对疾病控制的满意度可能有助于促进社区老年慢性病患者的价值共创行为。
Objective To understand the current status and extent of value co-creation behaviors of elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community and analyze their influencing factors,so as to provide reference for community-level medical and healthcare institutions to promote health management of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods The cluster sampling method was used and 330 elderly patients with chronic disease treated in seven community health service centers in Wuhan were selected to assess the value co-creation behaviors of elderly patients with chronic disease by the Patient Value Co-creation Behavior Scale.The influencing factors were analyzed by using multiple linear regression.Results The total score of value co-creation behavior of elderly patients with chronic disease in the community was(33.45±8.43),the highest score of value co-creation behavior outside the community.Whether to obtain health information through the Internet,purpose of consultation,form of follow-up and assessment of disease control were the influencing factors of value co-creation behavior of elderly patients with chronic diseases(P<0.05).Conclusions The degree of participation in value co-creation behaviors among elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community was low.It may promote value co-creation behaviors among elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community by encouraging patients to use health information on the Internet,regular review,receive online follow-up visits and improving patient satisfaction with disease control.
