摘要
中国逐步进入了老龄化社会,老龄化社会结构带来了低生育、人口红利消失、养老压力增加等一系列的问题。人口结构的变化迫使人们重视老年人的健康和护理。文章从情感化设计的核心概念出发,设计符合老年人需求的健康护理APP,从而完成APP产品的设计与制作。从行为、本能、反思这3个方面深入探究了老龄化社会问题,从满足老年人的情感需求、审美需求、操作体验需求出发,设计出符合老年人生活需求的产品。设计的核心就是从行为体验角度满足老年人的需求,提升用户对产品的黏性,并且在情感化的设计上体现自我价值的实现,最终促进老年人健康护理产业的发展。
China has gradually entered an aging society,and the aging social structure has brought about a series of problems such as low birth rate,disappearance of demographic dividend,and increased pressure on the elderly.Demographic changes are forcing a focus on the health and care of older adults.Starting from the core concept of emotional design,the article designs a health care APP that meets the needs of the elderly,thus completing the design and production of APP products.From the three aspects of behavior,instinct and reflection,we deeply explored the social problems of aging,and designed products that meet the living needs of the elderly from the perspective of satisfying the emotional needs,aesthetic needs,and operational experience needs of the elderly.The core of the design is to meet the needs of the elderly from the perspective of behavioral experience,enhance users'stickiness to the product,and reflect the realization of self-worth in emotional design,and ultimately promote the development of the elderly health care industry.
