工作场所空气中异丙基缩水甘油醚的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法 被引量:1

Determination of isopropyl diglycidyl ether in workplace air by solvent desorption-gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立工作场所空气中异丙基缩水甘油醚(isopropyl diglycidyl ether,IGE)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法。方法用活性炭管采集,5%丙酮-二硫化碳解吸后,经DB-FFAP气相色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(flame ionization detector,FID)检测。结果IGE的定量测定范围为3.0~919.0μg/mL,相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.9μg/mL,方法定量下限为3.0μg/mL,在采样体积为1.5 L,解吸液体积为1.0 mL的条件下,方法的最低检出浓度为0.6 mg/m^(3),最低定量浓度为2.0 mg/m^(3);批内和批间精密度相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)分别为1.6%~3.1%和3.5%~4.9%;平均解吸效率为98.6%;穿透容量>15.0 mg;平均采样效率为100%;样品在室温下可保存7天,置于4℃冰箱内可保存14天;空气中可能与IGE共存的正丁醇和环氧氯丙烷,在该方法条件下不干扰测定。结论所建立的方法灵敏度高,精密度好,准确度好,适用于工作场所空气中IGE的现场监测。 Objective To establish a method for determination of isopropyl diglycidyl ether(IGE)in workplace air by solvent desorption-gas chromatography.Methods The samples were collected with carbon tube and desorbed by 5%acetone-carbon disulfide,separated with the DB-FFAP gas chromatographic column,and detected by flame ionization detector(FID).Results The quantitative determination range of IGE was 3.0-919.0μg/mL,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The limit of detection was 0.9μg/mL.The lower limit of quantification was 3.0μg/mL.Under 1.5 L sampling volume and 1.0mL extraction solution volume,the minimum detectable concentration was 0.6 mg/m3 and the minimum quantification concentration was 2.0 mg/m^(3).The relative standard deviation(RSD)of intra-assay and inter-assay precision was 1.6%-3.1%and 3.5%-4.9%respectively.The average extraction efficiency was 98.6%.The penetration capacity was>15.0 mg.The average collection efficiency was 100%.When placed in air,the samples could be stored for seven days.When placed in 4℃refrigerator,the samples could be stored for 14 days.The potential coexistence of n-butanol and epichlorohydrin with IGE in the air did not interfere with the results of determination.Conclusion This method has high sensitivity,precision and accuracy and it is applicable for the on-site monitoring of IGE in workplace air.
