摘要
人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)是研究利用计算机算法来执行类似人类智能任务的应用学科。在过去的几年里,人工智能虽然在组织病理学上取得了重大进展,但许多工作仍处于研究阶段。本文介绍了人工智能的核心概念和术语,重点介绍了深度学习(deep learning,DL)和卷积神经网络(convolutional neural networks,CNN),归纳总结了人工智能在皮肤病理诊断上的应用优势及实际应用,分析了人工智能在皮肤病理诊断的发展方向。
Artificial intelligence(AI)is a discipline in which computational algorithms are used to perform tasks that require human intelligence.In the past few years,AI has made great progress in histopathology,yet many studies are still at the research stage.This review introduces the core concepts and terms of AI,especially for the deep learning(DL)and convolutional neural networks(CNN),provides a summary of the advantages and applications of AI in the diagnosis of dermatopathology,and analyzes its future directions in the diagnosis of dermatopathology.
