2000—2020年福建省长汀县生态环境质量评价

摘要 对生态环境质量有效、全面评估是生态文明建设的重要内容。利用遥感技术对长汀县生态环境质量进行长时间下的评价,能为长汀县生态文明建设和经济发展提供科学依据。研究基于长时间序列下的Landsat卫星影像,结合遥感生态指数(RSEI)模型,对2000—2020年长汀县生态环境质量进行评估。结果表明:(1)2000—2020年,长汀县生态环境质量整体保持良好,得益于长期以来的生态治理工程的不断推进。(2)在20年间,长汀县生态环境质量的空间格局由“西部>东部>中部”转为“西部=东部>中部”再到“东部>中部>西部”。其变化过程反映出经济发展、生态保护政策的耦合。(3)长汀县局部地区生态环境质量的变化与人类活动密切相关。西部山区的生态环境退化主要受到旅游业、道路建设的影响,中部地区的生态环境变好主要是汀江湿地公园的保护政策。 An effective and comprehensive assessment of ecological environment quality is an important element in the construction of ecological civilization.Using remote sensing technology to evaluate the ecological environment quality of Changting County for long can provide a scientific basis for the construction of ecological civilization and economic development of Changting County.Based on Landsat satellite images in longtime series and combined with the Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI)model,the study assesses the ecological environment quality of Changting County from 2000 to 2020.The results show that:(1)the ecological environment quality of Changting County has remained good overall during 2000-2020.The long-term ecological management projects have played an important role.(2)During the years from 2000 to 2020,the spatial pattern of ecological environment quality in Changting County changed from“West>East>Central”to“West=East>Central”to“East>Central>West”.The spatial pattern of ecological quality in Changting County has changed from“West>East>Central”to“West=East>Central”to“East>Central>West”.The change process reflects the coupling of economic development and ecological protection policies.(3)Changes in the quality of the ecological environment in local areas of Changting County are closely related to human activities.The degradation of the ecological environment in the western mountainous areas is mainly influenced by tourism and road construction.The ecological environment in the central area has become better mainly due to the conservation policy of the Ting River Wetland Park.
