幼儿园乡土文化环境创设的层次、问题及其解决策略——以潮州市幼儿园为例

摘要 乡土文化对幼儿健康和谐的发展发挥着重要的作用。幼儿从进入幼儿园便浸润在幼儿园创设的环境中,因此正确利用乡土文化资源进行环境创设是很有必要的。乡土文化环境可以分为四个层次:观赏的环境、互动的环境、“根”的环境、幸福的环境。幼儿园在利用乡土文化进行环境创设方面仍存在诸如乡土文化资源流于形式、资源开发不全面、环境创设时间制度化明显、教师对乡土文化资源了解不深、忽略环境的教育价值等诸多问题,这些问题导致环境创设停留在前两个层次。在幼儿园间开展乡土资源课程交流活动、加强师资培训、提高环境创设的科学性、促进乡土文化环境创设中的家园共育、发挥社区育人作用,以创设后两个层次的环境,从而让幼儿成为“有根”的幸福娃。 Local culture plays an important role in the healthy and harmonious development of children.Children are immersed in the environment created by kindergartens from the beginning of entering kindergartens.Therefore,it is necessary to make correct use of local cultural resources to create the environment.The local cultural environment can be divided into four levels:the ornamental environment,the interactive environment,the“root”environment and the happy environment.However,there are still many problems in the use of local culture for environmental creation in kindergartens,such as the formality of local cultural resources,the incomplete development of resources,the obvious institutionalization of environmental creation time,the lack of deep understanding of local cultural resources by teachers,and the neglect of the educational value of the environment,which lead to the environmental creation staying at the first two levels.In order to create the latter two levels of environment,we should carry out local resources curriculum exchange activities among kindergartens,strengthen teacher training,improve the scientific nature of environment creation,promote home co-education in the creation of local cultural environment,and play the role of community education,so as to make children become“rooted”happy children with the help of environment.
