工业机器人应用对制造业双元创新的影响--政府补贴和高管技术背景的调节效应 被引量:1

The Impact of Industrial Robot Application on Manufacturing Ambidextrous Innovation--The Moderate Effects of Government Subsidy and Executives’Technical Background

摘要 随着我国人口红利消退、劳动力成本上涨,工业机器人成为推动制造业转型和高质量发展的主要驱动力。本文基于资源基础理论和高阶梯队理论,运用2011-2018年沪深A股制造业上市公司数据,研究工业机器人应用对企业双元创新(探索式创新和利用式创新)的影响,以及工业机器人应用影响企业双元创新的情境因素。研究发现,工业机器人应用对企业探索式创新具有正U型影响,对企业利用式创新具有积极的线性影响;政府补贴和高管技术背景能够强化工业机器人应用对企业探索式创新的正U型影响;政府补贴能够强化工业机器人应用对企业利用式创新的线性影响,而高管技术背景的调节效应不显著。 With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,the fading demographic dividend and the rising labor cost,industrial robots have become the main driving force to promote the transformation and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.Based on the resource-based theory and the upper echelon theory,this paper explores the impact of industrial robot application on enterprise ambidextrous innovation(exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation)and the contingency factors of industrial robot application on enterprise ambidextrous innovation by using the data of A-share manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange during the years from 2011 to 2018.The results show that the application of industrial robots has a positive U-shaped effect on exploratory innovation and a positive linear effect on exploitative innovation.Government subsidies and senior executives’technical background can strengthen the positive U-shaped effect of industrial robot application on exploratory innovation.Government subsidies can strengthen the linear effect of industrial robot application on exploitative innovation,but the moderate effect of senior executives’technical background is not significant.The results of two-stage regression show that the conclusion is still robust after solving the endogeneity problem.
