摘要
为探究湖南怀化烟区雪茄烟种植的适宜氮肥用量,本试验以雪茄烟品种“CX080”为材料,通过田间试验研究不同施氮水平(N0:不施氮;N1:180 kg/hm^(2);N2:210 kg/hm^(2);N3:240 kg/hm^(2))对烟株农艺性状、干物质和氮素积累、氮肥利用效率及发酵后烟叶化学成分、中性致香物质的影响。结果表明,随着施氮水平的提高,烟株株高、茎围、节距、最大叶长均有不同程度的增加,烟株干物质积累量先增加后降低,N2处理下最高;烟株氮素积累量、氮肥利用率和氮肥农学效率先增加后降低,N2处理均显著高于N1、N3处理;烟叶总氮、烟碱含量显著增加,总糖、还原糖含量显著降低,N2处理烟叶化学成分含量最接近优质雪茄烟叶指标;烟叶中性致香物质总量先增加后降低,N2处理下含量最高。综合而言,本试验条件下,210 kg/hm^(2)施氮水平更有利于怀化雪茄烟的氮肥吸收利用、烟株生长及烟叶品质形成。
In order to explore the suitable nitrogen fertilizer rate for cigar planting in the Huaihua tobacco area of Hunan Province,the effects of different nitrogen application levels(N0:no nitrogen;N1:180 kg/hm^(2);N2:210 kg/hm^(2);N3:240 kg/hm^(2))on the agronomic traits,dry matter and nitrogen accumulation,nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency,chemical compositions and neutral aroma substances of tobacco leaves after fermentation were studied through field experiment with the cigar variety CX080 as material.The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen application level,the plant height,stem circumference,internode length and maximum leaf length of tobacco plants increased in different degrees;the dry matter accumulation increased first and then decreased,and the highest value was obtained under N2 treatment.The nitrogen accumulation,nitrogen use efficiency and nitrogen agronomic efficiency of tobacco plants increased first and then decreased,and those of N2 treatment were significantly higher than those of N1 and N3 treatments.The contents of total nitrogen and nicotine in tobacco leaves increased significantly,while the content of total sugar and reducing sugar decreased significantly.The chemical composition content of tobacco leaves treated with N2 was the closest to the value of high-quality cigar tobacco leaves.The total amount of neutral aroma substances in tobacco leaves increased first and then decreased,and the highest content was obtained under N2 treatment.In general,under the test conditions,the nitrogen application level of 210 kg/hm^(2)was more conducive to nitrogen absorption and utilization,plant growth and leaf quality formation of Huaihua cigar.
