摘要
茶油是中国特有的一种优质食用油,富含不饱和脂肪酸,营养价值极高,对人体健康十分有益。随着社会生活水平的提高和人们对健康的重视程度也愈加重视,茶油的需求量逐年递增,油茶的经济效益也得以提升。根据油茶的生长特点,文章从选种、抚育和病虫害防治等方面对油茶栽培管理技术进行探讨分析,促进油茶种植的稳产高产。
Camellia oil is a special high quality edible oil in China,rich in unsaturated fatty acids,high nutritional value,is the crown of all kinds of edible oils,is very beneficial to human health.With the continuous improvement of social living standards and people's attention to health,the demand for camellia oil is increasing year by year,and the economic benefits of planting camellia oil are also apparent.According to the growth characteristics of Camellia oleifera,this paper discussed and analyzed the cultivation and management technology of Camellia oleifera from the aspects of seed selection,tending and pest control,so as to promote the stable and high yield of Camellia oleifera cultivation.
