摘要
针对宁夏贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄栽培模式多样且不规范,株间除草次数多、除草难等问题,设计了一种葡萄自动避障株间除草机,主要由机架、限深机构、传动机构、液压系统及自动避障除草机构等构成,通过触碰杆绕立轴旋转完成自动避障、株间除草作业。田间试验结果表明,株间除草率为85.8%,株间伤株率为0.37%,纯小时工作效率为2 104 m/h。试验指标均达到团体标准要求。
In view of the problems such as diverse and non-standard wine-making cultivation modes,multiple weeding times between plants and difficulty in weeding in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia,this paper designed a grape automatic obstacle avoidance weeding machine between plants,which is mainly composed of a frame,depth limiting mechanism,transmission mechanism,hydraulic system and automatic obstacle avoidance weeding mechanism,etc.,which can complete automatic obstacle avoidance and weeding between plants by rotating the contact rod around the vertical axis.The results of field experiment showed that the rate of plant injury was 0.37%,and the net hourly work efficiency was 2104 m/h.All the test indexes meet the group standard requirements.
