坚持中国共产党的领导,既是完成中国民主革命任务的必然要求,也是党百年奋斗的历史经验。党通过确立对军队、群众运动和统一战线的领导,以实现对中国革命的领导,这是党的领导制度的生成基础;通过在建政实践中明确党的领导地位,明确领导政权的方式和途径,以实现党对民主政权建设的领导,这是党的领导制度的生成关键;通过形成维护党中央权威、上级组织领导下级组织的领导制度,形成对党员干部的纪律规范,确保全党服从中央、下级服从上级、个人服从组织,这是党的领导制度生成的保障。
Upholding the leadership of the CPC is not only an inevitable requirement for completing the tasks of the Chinese democratic revolution,but also the historical experience of the Party's century-old struggle.The Party achieves leadership over the Chinese revolution by establishing leadership over the military,mass movements,and the united front,which is the basis for the formation of the system of institutions for Party leadership.The Party plays a leading role in the exercise of democratic state power,by clarifying the leading position and the way to leading state power in the practice of political construction,which is the key to the CPC leadership system formation.Through the formation of a leadership system that maintains the authority of Central Committee of the Party and the superior organization leads the subordinate organization,the discipline norms for party members and cadres are formed to ensure that the entire party obeys the central government and lower levels obey the higher level,and individuals obey the organization.This is the guarantee for the formation of the system of institutions for Party leadership.
