摘要
目的 探究微创经皮肾镜取石术(mPCNL)联合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术(f-UHLL)治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石(UUC)的效果。方法 将2019年3月至2022年5月驻马店市第一人民医院收治的206例复杂性UUC患者按手术方法分为联合组(102例)和mPCNL组(104例)。比较两组清石手术相关指标、血常规指标、血乳酸、降钙素原(PCT)及并发症发生情况。结果 联合组较mPCNL组清石率高、手术和住院时间短、出血量和并发症少、血乳酸和PCT水平低及血常规改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论 mPCNL联合f-UHLL治疗复杂性UUC可以提高清石率,促进患者恢复,减少并发症发生。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mPCNL)combined with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy(f-UHLL)in the treatment of complex upper ureteral calculi(UUC).Methods A total of 206 patients with complex UUC admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zhumadian from March 2019 to May 2022 were divided into combination group(102 cases)and mPCNL group(104 cases)according to surgical method.The related indexes,blood routine indexes,blood lactic acid,procalcitonin(PCT)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The combination group had a higher stone clearance rate,shorter surgical and hospital stay,less bleeding and complications,lower blood lactate and PCT level,and more significant improvement in blood routine tests compared to the mPCNL group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mPCNL and f-UHLL in the treatment of complex UUC can improve the stone clearance rate,promote patient recovery,and reduce complications.
