摘要
目的研究肝衰竭诊断中血清免疫球蛋白检验的临床应用价值。方法选取47例体检的健康人员作为A组,另选取47例肝衰竭患者作为B组。所有研究对象均进行血清免疫球蛋白检验,比较两组血清免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)以及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)]水平及B组不同时期肝衰竭患者的血清免疫球蛋白水平。结果B组的IgG、IgM、IgA分别为(19.72±5.29)、(4.70±4.51)、(5.60±2.73)g/L,均高于A组的(12.69±3.34)、(1.95±0.57)、(1.65±0.49)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组晚期肝衰竭患者IgG(22.71±1.59)g/L、IgM(6.37±0.81)g/L、IgA(6.43±0.39)g/L均高于中期肝衰竭患者的(20.65±1.13)、(4.91±0.79)、(6.17±0.21)g/L和早期肝衰竭患者的(16.38±2.11)、(3.13±0.75)、(4.37±0.23)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中期肝衰竭患者IgG、IgM、IgA均高于早期肝衰竭患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IgG、IgM、IgA于肝衰竭患者机体中有异常表达,且肝衰竭程度越严重其水平越高,临床可以通过此项指标检验进行疾病诊断与病情严重程度鉴别,应用价值较高。
Objective To study the clinical value of serum immunoglobulin test in the diagnosis of liver failure.Methods 47 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as group A,and another 47 patients with liver failure were selected as group B.Serum immunoglobulin test was performed on all subjects,and comparison was made on serum levels of immunoglobulin[immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and immunoglobulin A(IgA)]between the two groups,and serum immunoglobulin levels of patients with liver failure at different periods in group B.Results The IgG,IgM and IgA levels in group B were(19.72±5.29),(4.70±4.51)and(5.60±2.73)g/L,which were higher than those of(12.69±3.34),(1.95±0.57)and(1.65±0.49)g/L in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In group B,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the late stage were(22.71±1.59),(6.37±0.81)and(6.43±0.39)g/L which were higher than those in middle stage[(20.65±1.13),(4.91±0.79)and(6.17±0.21)g/L]and early stage[(16.38±2.11),(3.13±0.75)and(4.37±0.23)g/L],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the middle stage were higher than that in early stage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion IgG,IgM and IgA are abnormally expressed in patients with liver failure,and the more severe the degree of failure is,the higher the level is.This index test can be used to diagnose and differentiate the severity of the disease clinically,which is of high application value.
