摘要
目的回顾分析院内使用盐酸氨溴索、盐酸丙卡特罗联合方案开展小儿肺炎患者治疗工作的效果。方法纳入时间为2018年1月-2019年11月,将该时间段院内小儿肺炎患者94例通过随机分配法安排为对照组(47例实施常规治疗措施)、观察组(47例实施盐酸氨溴索、盐酸丙卡特罗联合治疗措施),对相关数据信息进行收集与整理,最后利用统计学进行处理。结果治疗后,观察组各项临床体征恢复时间、治疗总有效率、家长满意度等相关数据信息更佳,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索与盐酸丙卡特罗联合治疗方案对提高小儿肺炎病疗效有重要意义,能够让患儿临床各项症状尽快消失,减少不良反应对患儿机体影响,同时患儿家长满意度较高,有助于帮助患者顺利接受治疗,提高临床依从性,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To review and analyze effect of ambroxol hydrochloride and procaterol hydrochloride in treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 94 children with pneumonia in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 for study and discussion,and assigned them to control group(47 cases,treated with routine treatment)and observation group(47 cases,treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and procaterol hydrochloride)randomly.Relevant data and information were collected and sorted,and processed by statistics finally.Results After treatment,observation group had better data of recovery time of various clinical signs,total effective rate of treatment,and satisfaction degree of parents,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in adverse reactions incidence(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride and procaterol hydrochloride has great significance to improve curative effect of pediatric pneumonia,can remove clinical symptoms of children as soon as possible,reduce adverse effect to the body.At the same time,parents of the children have high satisfaction degree,the treatment can help patients receive treatment smoothly,improve clinical compliance,which has high clinical application value.
