地面过分相中性区长时间停车设备发热问题分析与研究

摘要 接触网地面过分相装置,是依据列车位置检测信号,按照预定逻辑控制进行高压电力电子开关阀切换,使得常规状态下不带电的中性区在不同时段交替带电,确保列车不断电通过中性区。介绍了接触网地面过分相装置的工作原理及系统构成,探讨了中性区的设计原则,分析了陇枕停车场临时中性区长时间停车导致地面过分相报一级故障保护退出运行等主要问题,并针对中性区布置及电阻柜发热问题进行了研究,提出了两种针对中性区长时间停车的解决方案,解决了过分相装置中性区长时间停车带来的电阻柜发热问题,使列车能够在正线与场段之间自由出入,无需担心电阻柜过度发热损坏过分相装置,有效降低行车安全影响及提高运营效率。 According to the train position detection signal,the high-voltage power electronic switch valve is switched according to the predetermined logic control,and the catenary ground over-phase device makes the neutral zone that is not charged under normal conditions alternately charged at different times to ensure that the train is uninterrupted and passes through the neutral zone.The working principle and system composition of the catenary ground excessive phase device were introduced,the design principles of the neutral zone were discussed,and the main problems such as the long-term parking of the temporary neutral area of the Longzhen parking lot caused by the ground over-reporting of the first-level fault protection and exit operation were analyzed.Aiming at the layout of neutral area and the heating problem of resistance cabinet,two solutions for long-term parking in neutral area are proposed.The problem of resistance cabinet heating caused by long-term parking in the neutral area of the excessive phase device has been solved,so that the train can freely enter and exit between the main line and the field section,without worrying about excessive heating of the resistance cabinet damaging the excessive phase device,effectively reducing the impact of driving safety and improving operational efficiency.
