曲线纵坡段高墩桥纠偏控制技术研究

On deviation rectification control technique on high-pier bridges at sections of curve longitudinal slopes

摘要 简支变连续预应力混凝土T梁桥广泛应用于高速公路,然而其高墩多采用轻型桥墩,墩柱的刚度较小,随着桥梁运营时间的增长,部分过渡墩会出现较大偏位,尤其是在梁桥伸缩缝位置处墩顶的偏位现象更显著,当偏位过大会导致墩柱底部出现受力裂缝,甚至会导致支座滑移、出现落梁的安全隐患。为了避免桥梁安全事故,增加桥梁耐久性,需及时对墩柱进行复位。以一座曲线纵坡高墩预应力混凝土T梁桥为项目依托,介绍桥梁施工控制纠偏工作的过程。结果表明:文中所采用的纠偏方案实用可行,纠偏效果可靠。 The paper indicates the prestressed concrete T beam bridges of simply-supported beams changing into continuous beams are extensively adopted on expressways,where high piers are light with small-stiffness pier columns,points out the larger deviation occur on parts of transition piers along with the increasing operations of the bridges and the obvious deviation can be typically found at the pier's top of the expansion joints on bridges,which may lead to cracks at the bottom of the pier columns when the deviations tend to be larger,to support slips,or to fallen beams,so it is necessary to restore these pier columns to avoid bridge accidents and enhance the bridges’durability,and clarifies the introduction to the deviation rectification process in the bridge construction control based on some prestressed concrete high-pier T beam bridge with curve longitudinal slopes and proves the rectification is practical and feasible with effective rectification effect.
