摘要
为保证深井巷道支护效果,以瑞海矿业海底千米深金矿为工程背景,结合其工程地质调查,采用数值模拟研究了不同围岩下巷道应力及位移变化规律,旨在探究巷道破坏机理,同时确定合理的巷道支护方式。结合巷道埋藏深度及围岩物理化学特性,提出该地区的“分区分级”支护技术,对-1060 m中段采用“锚杆+喷射混凝土+金属网”支护方式,-1300和-1480 m中段采用“锚杆+喷射混凝土+金属网+锚索+钢拱架”支护方式,有效控制了巷道的变形破坏。
In order to ensure the support effect of deep mine roadway,taking Ruihai mining subma rine kilometer deep gold mine as the engineering background,combined with its engineering geological sur vey,the numerical simulation was used to study the stress and displacement variation law of roadway under different surrounding rocks,aiming to explore the failure mechanism of roadway and determine the reason able roadway support method.Combined with the buried depth of roadway and the physical and chemical characteristics of surrounding rock,the"partition classification"support technology in this area is pro posed.The support method of"bolt+shotcrete+metal mesh"is adopted in the-1060 m middle section,and the support method of"bolt+shotcrete+metal mesh+anchor cable+steel arch"is adopted in the-1300 and-1480 m middle sections,which effectively controls the deformation and failure of the roadway.
